Fazoli's is a clean restaurant that provides quick service, reasonable prices, and a delicious menu. I truly wish more fast food spots could deliver an experience like this!
The food is consistently good, but occasionally I've encountered problems with my order being correct when using the drive-thru.
The food is always outstanding, and the staff is consistently polite and willing to help. I've also had them cater several events, and everything went off without a hitch. It's still a wonderful option!
The restaurant is okay, but nothing exceptional. It has a vibe similar to a Panera Bread. The menu offers a wide variety of pasta, which could be a bit overwhelming. If you're trying to cut back on carbs, this may not be the best choice for you.
I want to clarify that when I say takeout, I'm referring to my experience at the drive-thru. Both my boyfriend and I are big fans of Fazoli's for a satisfying meal that offers excellent value. I ordered the pepperoni pizza spaghetti, which consists of spaghetti noodles topped with pizza sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. The sauce was freshly made while we waited, and all of our food arrived piping hot and, as always, delicious! The staff was extremely friendly as well, thanking us for our patience and for choosing to dine at Fazoli's.
