What Tandie N likes about Café Zupas:
Went here at 8pm just me and my son we ordered the combo soup and sandwich normally at the other store in valley fair is quick. I mean four people working here yet took two girls to make one sandwich as the other two had no clue what’s as going on what we ordered and then asked do you want a water cup while you wait. It should never take 20min for two sandwiches and two soups when your the only one in line. View all feedback. What Jamie J doesn't like about Café Zupas:
We had an odd experience. Normally, we enjoy zupas but this go round the soup was barely warm, there were small wood chips in the sandwich, and when we asked for the soup to be heated they said they had no way to do it or to refund us for the contaminated sandwich. Very sad to have spent so much for such poor quality. View all feedback.
