This is a wonderful place to pick up flavored olive oils and vinegars. They have a large selection which you can get in three different sizes, I wanted to pick up some flavored oils, since we were getting low. We chose a Cilantro and Roasted Onion and a Chipotle. We also added a Champagne Mustard. You can taste the oils/vinegars before buying, which is nice, and they will last about 18 months.
Too bad with covid there is not tasting but still the best olive oil and incredible variety of vinegars in a multi county area! It is great when you can taste them all. My favorites are the Tuscan herb oil and the aged balsamic.
Unfortunate that their idea of Covid protocol includes discrimination….if vaccinated no tasting fee, if not $3.00 charge. It’s a 1.5 hr ride to support your business. Won’t be there again anytime soon.
The oils and vinegars here are fantastic, and the service is excellent. We had the chance to sample several varieties, all of which were incredible. We ended up purchasing multiple bottles of oil, and they have truly impressed us.
The oil here is excellent! Tasting is just $3. The staff is very friendly. I noticed other reviews mentioning masks and proof of COVID vaccination, but we didn't encounter that at all. We didn't wear masks, and nobody else did either. There are several different oils and vinegars available for tasting.
