**Dining Experience at Local Gem Strikes a Chord with Varied Reviews**
This restaurant has become a focal point of culinary debate, drawing mixed reactions from patrons. While some guests rave about outstanding dishes, such as the seared scallops and the flavorful pork chops, others express disappointment over lengthy wait times and inconsistent meal quality. The atmosphere, once lauded for its warmth, appears to have lost some of its charm, and the absence of vegan options has raised concerns. Friendly staff are consistently highlighted, yet service struggles, particularly during busy hours. Despite its flaws, many diners remain loyal, eager to return for favorites and hopeful for menu improvements.

Awkward. When you first walk in your hit with a heavy weird foul smelling odor, kind of like a old vacuum exploded. After being say down at our table we waited an hour for our meals. Disappointed with our plates once we tried them. My mother and I orderedchicken Parmesan sandwiches. Very chewy and stringy like chicken patty. It was almost a perfect circle. I don?t think a frozenchicken patty on bread should be $16. My fiancé and step mother ordered the burgers, he asked for medium and she asked forwell done. They looked to be hand shaped. They both mentioned theirs being over seasoned and salted. Also why asked how you?dlike it cooked when your going to overcook both?? Everyone enjoyed the French fries! The menu is over priced for the quality offood.
The fettuccine alfredo was absolutely delicious! The marinated chicken was very good as well but after I tried the alfredo I wish I had ordered that! It?s was a nice quiet atmosphere. I had read mixed reviews about the food but our experience was verygood! It?s was a nice upscale experience on our trip.
The food was fantastic. My mother is very picky and I've never seen her that happy with a meal. Her steak was wonderful and I had the mushroom and asparagus pasta and it was delicious. We also had the Brussels appetizer. Portion was big and it wasexcellent! Waiter was also extremely nice. Will definitely return!
Can't say enough about the quality of the ribeye. Perfect medium rare, generous portion size, gorgeous sides, all perfectly seasoned and plated with care. My partner's blackened salmon was likewise delicious. Service was friendly and prompt eventhough the servers were clearly working very hard! Thanks to our server Kathleen. And of course the music and bar experience arealways charming. I've rated this place five stars before, just wanted to leave a recount of my last visit. They made a birthdaydinner special.

I got the pork chop, crispy Brussels and baked potato. It was a very generous portion of food and delicious! My husband got the stuffed chicken and was also satisfied with it. We came on a Saturday and were surprised with how empty they were wich is disappointing because the food was great, and the wator, and waitress were very nice. I would not recommend the pretzel though, it didn’t feel like it was worth the $10 menu price. Thankfully we got it while it was on special and only paid $5 which felt more worth it. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Went here on a Saturday evening and it was nearly empty. I had the fish chips which was excellent. The hand-cut fries were amazing! My friend had the stuffed trout. She said it was a bit dry. Loved the place. Small town , great food.I had the pork chop and it was wonderful. My wife had the leman grass salmon and I tried it . It was delicious also. The place must be really good all around because people were coming in and the staff greeted them by name maybe it's a small town thing? Probably). But we loved the food and the drinks were fantastic also. If I lived there I'd be back tomorrow.

The staff was extremely friendly. However, if you’re looking for vegan or vegetarian options, this restaurant may not be the best fit. They have discontinued sushi and currently do not offer any meat-free dishes on the menu.
The Brussels sprouts are excellent and come in a generous serving! Tonight’s appetizer special was pork egg rolls paired with a tangy ranch sauce. The egg rolls were quite delicious, though I would have preferred a plum sauce for dipping. The fish special was Chilean sea bass, which M said was the best fish she’s had in months. I chose the pork chops topped with a berry coulis. While a bit salty, my dish was still very enjoyable. Overall, I’d rate the food about 4.5 stars, with the saltiness bringing it down slightly. The service was warm and attentive, and the shabby chic ambiance fits the neighborhood perfectly. We’ll definitely be back once motorcycle season kicks off again!

I dined here three times, and every dish I tried was fantastic. I love the atmosphere, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The flavors were incredible in every bite, especially the bacon-wrapped items, the sushi, and even their dinner rolls. I look forward to coming back many more times over the years. I'm grateful for what they've brought to Downtown Murphy!
The food was incredibly delicious and perfectly balanced! I had lunch there and I highly recommend the pan-roasted chicken breast with roasted potatoes and spinach. I've never had anything quite like it! Even the iced tea was fantastic! Hats off to this restaurant for the exceptional quality of their food. I can't wait to come back soon!
We enjoyed a lovely meal today. I ordered the $9.99 soup and salad combo, and the salad was fresh and delightful. You chose three different soups, and I went with the ginger chicken soup, which was flavorful and loaded with chicken. We also shared the cherry cup for dessert, and it was fantastic. My wife had the pork chop, which was very tasty. We ended our meal with crème brûlée, which was equally delicious. Overall, the food was excellent!
We had a group of about 20 ladies today. The service was fantastic and the food was very well presented. We had a great time to eat, to chat and just to pick up. Would definitely recommend a return trip. Beautiful place nice people!!!
Friendly staff and people,we sat at the bar and our meal was GREAT........the atmosphere was like being in Pittsburgh where the bars are long and the lighting is low enjoying good conversation and no tv, but the sound of piano and beautiful soft singing. Just a hidden gem tucked away in the mountains,my husband an I loved it!!!
