Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Update Consistent Today let in to get a quick late lunch in the ride. I was here several times and the food is always good. Although the service was technically efficient and good, they do not seem too friendly or interactive. Have you done some kind of job mentality. It's not bad at all. Just a place to improve, maybe. I'm sure I'm back.

The service here is sooooo slow! The Chicken tenders are amazing! So when you have time to waste and want chicken, come here. Lol. waited 30 minutes for chicken tenders and cheese curds. Is this a fast food place?

Trash! I went as soon as they opened! My toast wasn’t even toasted, I guess they started to cut the sandwich and said forget it so when I attempted to pick up half I noticed it wasn’t all the way cut so I tried to pull it apart and the entire sandwich just fell apart. The fries were cold and seemed old. People love Zaxby’s so they continue to come but this location needs to shut down for training and cooks. It’s horrible!

Arrived at 930pm on Friday July 8th and was told they were completely out of traditional wings so I ordered boneless wings was told they were out of boneless wings too. Interesting. Then my daughter asked for ketchup after she got her food and we were told they were out of that too. Staff laughed in my face. Very rude customer service.

Thanks for giving me the last 3 cold fries and last crumbs left of chicken that you had. I’m sure that you only meant to make me watch my figure and completely had my best interest at mind. I know I over paid but that’s ok because I want you to be profitable and not have any waste. Clearly the business model of not making anything fresh works. This would be really good if I was starving! My fault I’ll check my order before pulling off if I ever come back.
