We got the sampler to go as well as 6 wings tossed in buffalo.The sauces are fantastic, very generous portions so I feel like I got what I paid for. The sides are great, I love a homemade Mac and cheese- can’t stand when I go somewhere and it’s Kraft ? .Only critique I would give is that the brisket and ribs were dry HOWEVER- we got it to go on a very slow day. Only one table full in the restaurant. I’d assume that the meat was under the heat lamps because they aren’t busy. You probably wouldn’t run into this issue on a busy day where plates are constantly coming out. Nothing a little sauce and coleslaw can’t fix. Overall, I’m pleasantly surprised and I will be back.

The brisket was outstanding and the bark was exactly what I was hoping for (reminded me of what I get in Austin, TX or Kansas City). Single Tree’s brisket is probably the best in town. I also had the BBQ burrito which was incredibly delicious and had great flavor also a cool/unique menu offering.Was able to speak with the owner, Charlie, for a bit and he was super hospitable and nice, as he answered my questions.I was told to try the Porch Burger next time and certainly will.I’d recommend Single Tree BBQ to anyone who enjoys brisket/bbq, supporting veterans and a locally owned business.

Kinda rude and cold. Food was of less quality in fact the food was horrible I ended up throwing it away without eating much of it... It was $42 wasted. First of all the corn bread was put in the box with the runny coleslaw. It turned to mush and ruined both the coleslaw and the corn bread. Then I get the wrong meat as well as a tiny 1 oz container of sauce for my two meats [which one was not the meat i requested]. It was a meal I had looked forward to. But it just disappointed me on all levels. I will notbe going bavk
