I was in town for business and decided to try this place for a good meal. I forgot to take pictures of the interior, but it's pretty simple and hasn't been updated or renovated in quite some time. However, don't let that deter you! The staff were friendly, and I thoroughly enjoyed their Stack with chicken, along with the additional ingredients I requested (rice, beans, lettuce, etc.). I definitely recommend it! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Moe's Southwest Grill:
By the time I arrived at my daughter's house—about ten minutes away—my meal was unsatisfactory: the meat was dry and not even warm, the green sauce was lumpy, and there was no sauce available in the lobby. Additionally, the nachos were hard. Overall, I was not pleased with my meal. I left a message on the catering line since I couldn't reach a store manager, but I haven't received a callback. I won't be returning, es... View all feedback.
I haven’t been here in about 2 years. Moved out of town. Was so happy to come back. The food is still very good and the service is great. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the whole place is very dirty. Usually on a Saturday at 1pm the place would be packed. Only half full today. Hopefully this is a temporary situation.
Great service. Ordered a few catered items. It was ready before the time scheduled. A young man was very nice and carried it to my car. Very friendly
Always love Moe's! It is my third favorite restaurant overall. Murfreesboro Moe's typically does very well. The last time I visited they seemed to have changed some of their portion sizes for chips and queso which was a little disappointing. However, I understand that it is most likely due to the tax hikes so I don't hold it against them. I also tried the adobo chicken the last time I was there. It was the best! I'll always visit Moe's when I get the chance. Only downside is that the prices seem a little high. Well worth it for the food though.Vegetarian options: They have options for vegetarians and meat-lovers alike.Parking: Good parking in the strip mall.Dietary restrictions: It's a pick and choose restaurant. If you don't want the extras, you can order a meal without them.
This place was losing its touch for a while. It was serving low portions, hiring bad employees, and low quality food. However, over the years I believe they listened to criticism and it looks like they hired good employees. The portion for the burrito is still not the best, watching the put a teaspoon of rice in my burrito. Their quality seems to be on the rise again, thankfully. I was getting worried for this company.Only really sad part was it was very empty on a Friday afternoon. We were the only customers in there. I hope business and quality continues to rise.
Very disappointed in this experience. First time at this location and there wasn’t much that they got right on our online order. On my wife’s burrito she selected multiple options but she wanted no cheese got shredded cheese. Asked for sautéed peppers and no onions, got onions and no peppers. Asked for pickled jalapeños and got none. In my stack I selected multiple options, specifically queso and ground beef. No queso on it and there was a teaspoon of ground beef in one corner of the stack. Do better especially with a $26 order and a $3.50 tip (for literally doing nothing). Also the salsa is terrible, tastes spoiled.
