Little Caesars Pizza - Murfreesboro

Zero stars!! My husband just waited 38 minutes for his pizza. Two female workers shy each other and came to the face. That went on and on. They asked my husband not to finish bread sticks. That's what I ordered and two pizzas. They forgot how he continued to fight. The lobby closed so that he had to run there on the window with other cars. They asked what he was waiting for and said they forgot. Never apologise. Bad customer service ever. WILL NIE BACK!!!

Do not use their app! Ordered online and while tracking my order, the pizza never came up as finished and never received the completion email. I went to the front door and it was locked. I got in line along with ten other cars and got my finished pizzas. If they don't have the staff (which I completely understand) then disable that part of the app for the kiosk pick up. Pizza was really good though.

Came inside and ordered two pizzas and a cheese bread. They told me it would be 15 minutes and I said that?s fine. The woman said have a seat, and I said I?m gonna wait outside. While waiting outside they apparently locked the door, because when I went to get the order I was told I?d have to drive around and get in the pickup line! I sit on the pickup line for another 20 minutes to get up to the window to see them open the front door and hand another customer their order! Then I?m told they don?t have the cheese bread and I have to pull back up front and they will bring it out to me! Worst customer service I have ever received and I?m in the customer service business so I?m usually more forgiving because I know things happen. I?m sure no one at little Caesar?s cares but I?ll never be back!

I had a very SPECIFIC order the first time, EVER, that I visited this location and they NAILED my order to PERFECTION; it was spot on, to the letter. I went back a second time because of my first experience. Usually, MOST, food establishments FAIL to repeat an awesome SPECIFIC order after the first time BUT, they NAILED the exact SAME order AGAIN the second time on a different day! Very IMPRESSIVE! Therefore, I highly recommend this location to anyone who is in the mood for caring service and warm, welcoming staff.

Dawg I’ve been in this drive thru line for 30 minutes. Still 3 cars in front of me. Employees won’t let me come inside to pick up my carry out order. Why do I keep coming to this location. Every time it take 45 minutes to an hour. Y’all need to get your ?together. I’m hungry as sht
