Delicious, fresh food with a wide variety of drink options. There is additional parking available at the back. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Recommended dishes: Tuna Poke Fire, Southwest.
I truly enjoy their food, but the service leaves much to be desired. They frequently get orders wrong and can be quite rude. Although I usually order from them, a recent experience with poor service has convinced me to stop.
I also tried the Brussels sprouts, my favorite vegetable, but only if they’re prepared well, and CoreLife definitely nailed it! My only critique on this visit was that the steak on my salad seemed a bit overcooked, but I’m not even deducting a star for that because this place consistently delivers great food. A minor issue with steak won’t deter me. If you haven’t been to CoreLife yet, you absolutely should! As for dietary restrictions, I follow a moderately low-carb diet due to some health conditions, and I’ve found plenty on the menu that suits my needs, with options that can easily be adjusted. Parking: This location is part of a strip mall with other businesses. Even during dinner time, there was plenty of parking available, and it’s free! Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. Service: Takeout Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Recommended dishes: Salads Parking space: Ample parking Parking options: Free parking lot
My second time getting food from Core Life and I’ve ordered the build your own bowl so far and had two different smoothies. The food there is the best! Fresh and well put together, healthy and delicious. Both my husband and I have conditionsthat have forced us away from foods we always enjoyed. Maybe not so healthy, but we loved them still. We dreaded the thought of“healthy food”. No more taste, no more really enjoying meal time as much because we have so many restrictions. I had passedup Core Life Eatery dozens of times before ordering from there. I just love the combinations and fresh healthy choices! I kindof pushed it on my husband who is an older Chicago born and raised, the greasier/butterier the better type. Meat with everymeal, deli’s, pizza and Chicago dogs! But he loved the bowl I built for him. We both enjoyed a smoothie later and then Icalled Core Life to compliment them on their food. A little pricey, but not much more than a meal that clogs your arteries. Willbe eating there or ordering from there often!
Easily one of the best fast casual restaurants I’ve come across. I love so many of their bowls, but I have to say that their Sweet Potato Buddha Bowl is the best! I am not exclusively plant based, but this bowl beats any others! The ordering can be alittle hectic in the dine in line, so I like to use the app and grab it from the to go line. Don’t sleep on their teas andlemonades either! The Beet Lemonade is unique and so tasty. Love that this is a locally owned franchise.
