Chick-fil-a - Murfreesboro

I wanted to take my kids out for a fun afternoon and this location has an inside play area for the kids. Izzy had taken my order with an awesome attitude. While my children were playing my little boy tried to escape and another one of the staff Patricia saw the fear in my eyes and got his attention and directed him right to me. This is the best service I have had in the state of TN. Thank you Izzy and Patricia both of you deserve acknowledgment for your hard work and dedication to customer service.

Speed! Accuracy! Courtesy! Definitely worth waiting! The food is always delicious, the right temperature and what you ordered! The staff are always friendly and they love to house and talk to my dog; They also make sure he gets his pup cup! It's fun all the time! This is my favorite fast food restaurant. I'm always happy after my visit! I like the #1 meal on a Wheat Bun with 2 packs of Bbq sauce for my waffleries. Today I had my favorite season Shake Peppermint! It is creamy and delicious and really tastes like Christmas!

Chic-fil-A is super efficient, aka quality food prepped and delivered quickly. Don’t let the long drive through line stop you. You won’t be in that line very long. The staff has the most polite workers of any fast food.

Our (2yr old and myself) first time in... incredibly friendly and professional staff. Great food and ice cream. My little guy loved it. It's a madhouse during lunch hours but well worth it. Very clean restaurant as well.

There is something to be said about about a fast food restaurant that doesn't act like a fast food restaurant. Their customer service is top notch compared to any restaurant. Read you can definitely tell training and inconsistency and kindness are part of the daily routine. Food is always prepared excellent. This particular location for a long time was difficult to get in-and-out of but they remodeled and revamped their entire drive-through system and I have to say it is incredible. The volume of people that they push through and a speedy level with the quality and service level is truly impressive.
