Just find this joint, and get ready for a feast! This is the best smoke around. And I have eaten barbecue from Kansas City, to Memphis, to Texas and the Carolinas. The ribs! Very friendly staff. I ordered the ribs tips which were tasty. Large portions! But we were very disappointed in the banana pudding. There were maybe three small bites of pudding and the rest of the dish was full of vanilla wafers on the bottom and on the top. View all feedback.
The food was excellent and the customer service was outstanding! Let's begin with the ribs - they had a unique appearance but were full of flavor and juicy. The leg quarter had a crispy skin that was absolutely incredible (crunchy and flavorful). The sides (baked beans, potato salad, and cornbread) were all equally delicious. I will definitely be returning!
The barbeque and side dishes at this restaurant are truly excellent. It may become my new favorite spot in town. Give it a try - you won't be let down.
I recently ordered takeout barbecue from Big Bobby's Barbecue in the 'Boro. I got the large plate with a full rack of ribs combo, along with fries and potato salad. I couldn't resist trying some fries on my way home and they were piping hot and delicious. The potato salad was good, but the ribs were absolutely amazing. They had a nice smoky flavor, were moist, and fell off the bone. The barbecue sauce, which I assume was house-made because I've never tasted anything like it, was really tasty. Without a doubt, this is probably the best barbecue I've ever had. Great job guys, keep up the fantastic work!
Very friendly staff, fall off the bone ribs, way too good cornbread! We stopped by while traveling and wow, just good bbq! Get the black eyed peas as a side, very flavorful. Definitely recommend this place!
Great place went 10 minutes from close and was welcomed and treated extremely well and food was great
