This is the best hummus in Rutherford County and all of Middle Tennessee! As always, it was outstanding.
The Maqale Platter had a very small amount of fried vegetables. While the cauliflower was delicious, the plate was filled with about 80% rice, which didn't justify the price. However, the hummus and Fattoush were excellent and came in generous portions.
