It is known as the most high standard restaurant in Muret soc if you're around and want to have a good culinary experience you'd better go there. The team was ab... read more A memorable bistronomic experience at the Fabric restaurant! The welcome was warm and attentive, despite our late arrival with a baby in crisis. The team was able to put us at ease immediately, and a considerate server found a solution to soothe our child, proof of true empathy. The service was fast, professional, and each member of the team was as attentive to the other tables as they were to ours. The dishes were of remarkable quality. The amuse-bouche, a delicate bite of prawns, mango and coriander, sprinkled with sesame seeds, heralded an exceptional culinary experience. As a starter, the carpaccio of roasted celeriac with pancetta and the crispy beef cheeks with foie gras and trumpets of death were real marvels. For the main course, the grilled beef tenderloin with purple mustard, accompanied by roasted beets and toasted almonds, was cooked to perfection, and every bite was a delight. The desserts were simply sublime: frozen nougat with a pistachio crust, dark chocolate and citrus shell, cocoa crumble and creamy chestnut Each creation combined finesse and originality. The wine, carefully recommended, perfectly accompanied the entire meal. Even the children’s menu appealed to our picky one-year-old daughter. She enjoyed the chicken strips, vegetables and potatoes, proof of the care taken over every detail. We simply forgot to ask for dessert, which will give us a good excuse to come back! In conclusion, Fabric is an essential address for inventive and refined cuisine, served with impeccable attention. Thank you to the whole team for this wonderful evening! We will come back!
