Very bad service! We got pizza without cheese and asked to replace it and got a strong no for an answer, then they added cheese and tried to over charge us for... read more Very bad service! We got pizza without cheese and asked to replace it and got a strong no for an answer, then they added cheese and tried to over charge us for it we've just asked to return it . They said water is free when we asked, and then charged us for 2 bottles. They refused to call the manager. Eventually they called the manager after they said he's not there , One of the waiters tried to help us but the others were very rude and had zero sense of customer satisfaction. In addition The food was not tasty and very expressive, We hardly ate it even though we came very hungry after a few days in the mountains. The location is also not great as we've set right at the road, with cars passing by. Definitely not recommended and very expensive vs what we got most expensive and worst quality in our entire trip in Switzerland .

Still would have expected some discount or at least a grappa as an apology. Therefore only 1 star.
