We had a wonderful stay! Since our arrival at the hotel. Everything was perfect with a smile, and warmth and very professional. Our room was superb! (with the roses to order and in addition rose petals on the bed. A very nice surprise. A big thanks. The restaurant is up to our expectations. A delight! The service staff deserve 10 more points for their work! Always very caring with a kind smile and a lot of professionalism. Your big family makes a great team. Picture perfect. The hotel is beautifully implemented. Lots of attention to detail. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful entrance area. The choice of colors and material perfect. The staff is incredibly friendly and highly motivated. Whether reception, SPA, room service or service. The restaurant with a view of the sea is unmistakable. The price is a bit higher but the quality is top notch. The fish was boned right at the table. Rooms facing the lake are also stunning. Modern, comfortable beds, balcony with views of Lago. Definitely: we will be back

Despite its premium pricing, this hotel falls significantly short of expectations. No parking or WiFi details at check-in. At 9:30 AM, there was no hot water or water pressure. The restaurant was disappointing and not worth visiting. On a positive note, the cleaning staff was friendly, and the view was spectacular. Unfortunately, the wellness facilities were mediocre, making the overall experience feel like poor value for money. Service: 1
