Lovely atmosphere and upscale ambiance. The staff is attentive and courteous. We enjoyed the thin crust pizza with a sweet filling, generous portion size, and perfectly crispy crust. Our truffle tofu dish with sticky rice and vegetables had an amazing taste, although the portion size was a bit small. For dessert, we had the "Plastered," made with Brazilian dark chocolate, rich chocolate mousse, and cinnamon wafers. The total bill came to 1700. Would recommend this restaurant to others.

There are not many restaurants that offer a South American menu, but Nueva has a diverse selection. It's a great place to explore new and exciting dishes. The scallop ceviche, pork char siu, and Andean refuge dessert were all excellent, but the real standout was the freshly baked bread they served.
