Welp. Placed my order in the drive thru at 9pm. They said the order would take 5 min since the food is made fresh per order which was understandable. The cook finished preparing my food in 5 min (I could see thru the window), then the food sat in the fryer basket ready for another 10 min until the girl who cashed me out showed back up to box it up. I received my bag, just to notice they forgot my ketchup and cocktail sauce that I asked for. I THEN waited 5/10ish min just waiting for someone to show back up near the window so I could attempt to ask for cocktail sauce, I mean who would order shrimp and not have cocktail or tartar sauce with it. Anyways we are now at 30 min waiting total. I honked 3 times no answer at the window, so my gf went inside and had to basically yell to get one of the 3 employees attention from the far back. The girl at least said sorry we are closing soon. I guess they closed 45 min early or something. There was like 5 other cars that pulled out of the drive thru while I was waiting for my food because no one took their order in the drive Thru. This establishment must not really care about profit, I’m certain the employees didn’t care either way. I didn’t realize this location sells miniature food I think they took the normal chicken and cut it in half before they fry it and sell it as two! Two outta one deal! Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
Either this place is going to shut down soon or they just need a new night crew that cares and wants to work. This location closes at 10 pm and I arrived at 9:15 pm to order at the drive thru. When I arrived, there was a car trying to order and I could see one car at the pick up window. After 5 minutes the car trying to order just left so I moved up and no one greeted me or said anything after I said hello. I waited 5 more minutes and still nothing. The car at pick up window is still there and I see the person trying to wave at someone inside but there's no one at the window. I drive around to the front of the building and I don't see anyone there. I park and walk inside and I finally see one person with a broom walk quickly to side of the restaurant and no one is at any register. I finally see a woman inside by the kitchen writing something on a clipboard and looks at me annoyed. After she's done writing, she walks out and after taking a few steps past me finally acknowledges me by telling me that if I want to order that it'll take 10 minutes for it to be made. She could've greeted me and taken my order but you can tell they were purposely ignoring customers because they didn't want to take any more orders. The person at the window never ordered. She was trying to get their attention from the pick up window and then finally just left with nothing. This is not the first time they do this. It's the same night time crew that does this to customers at around 9pm. They definitely need a new night crew because they lost 3 customers that night and who knows how many else that I didn't see. If I could I would give it zero stars. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
The food was decent. I ordered online and picked it up through the drive-thru. I had requested cocktail sauce, sweet and malt vinegar for our dishes, but I should have checked my order because we received three malt vinegars and no other sauce. Since we just moved to the area, we didn’t have anything else to use at home. I’ve noticed that drive-thru orders can often be incorrect. I’ll give them another chance in the near future.
