We arrived on Sunday night at 8:05 p.m., and the music was so loud that it was impossible to think—we had to shout just to have a conversation. The staff inside were quite unprofessional, seeming more interested in chatting with each other than attending to us, even though we were the only ones waiting to place an order. When one worker finally came to the window, another Chipotle employee showed up just seconds later, and she quickly left us to help them instead. Our family left feeling very disappointed by how much this place has changed.
