Horrible service. Said they couldn’t deliver unless I used card. Then they were rude to me when I said I wanted to pay cash.

Hands down worst service ever! Ordered food at 4:30 pm for a birthday. expected a long wait but 722 was the best they could do. Fine it’s whatever I’ll deal. 730 no pizza. Call them and the “system canceled the order” no call no warning this is what online said. Never again

Make sure online orders are easily retrieved by the store to which the order was placed. We placed our order online for a 5:00 pickup time. My husband arrived, gave his last name, the clerk said his first name, then asked him to pull away from the window because the order was not ready, that they had been slammed. My husband waited in the parking lot for a half hour. At 5:30 a clerk came out and said they were having trouble finding our order. My husband showed her our email receipt. After several back and forths with clerks, half our order coming out (which was cold by the time my husband got home), my husband finally arrived home at 6:30 an hour and a half after our 5:00 pickup time.
