Taco Primo is a vegan oasis along Lake Superior. While much of the UP isn’t at all vegan-friendly, Taco Primo creatively combines Middle-Eastern and Mexican cuisine in their Falafel Fusion Taco to make a great vegetarian entree-You’ll have to sub the tzatziki for avocado to make it vegan.

A breath of fresh air in a vegan desert. The staff is incredibly friendly, the food is delicious, and they offer a variety of vegan options. This update is based on a previous review from September 9, 2021.
