Es ist gut war aber mal besser vom Service

We have been regular guests for many years and have always been satisfied. New Year's Eve was a different story. We made a reservation six weeks in advance and later added two more guests by phone. The greeting was hectic but friendly. We were seated in the wine cellar, which was comfortably furnished but very cold. After a long wait, we asked for a warmer table. We were taken to the adjoining room, which was hardly any warmer. After about 25 minutes, we were allowed to order drinks, which arrived 16 minutes later. When we wanted to order food, we were informed that we had to order a set menu. This hadn't been mentioned during either our first or second contact regarding the reservation. We had two children with us, one of whom is vegetarian, but the set menu, at well over €100 per person, didn't allow us to cater for their dietary needs. No alternatives were offered. We were very disappointed and paid for our drinks, which were collected rather rudely. Thank you for the lovely evening after six weeks of anticipation! We fully understand that only set menus are offered on such evenings. But the guest must be informed of this beforehand and not left in a cold basement like that. Especially not in this price range!
The service was very unfriendly; waiter Filippo was the worst!
Ristorante Romans is a good Italian gourmet restaurant in the Nymphenburg district of Munich. Excellent food, good service, and a lovely atmosphere at fair prices – we'll gladly come back.
Delicious food, a wonderful Italian atmosphere, and a thoroughly enjoyable visit. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. We'll definitely be back!
Romans has a new menu with many new and exciting dishes. The food is absolutely delicious, the new dishes are fantastic, and the service is superb. I've been there three times in the last week and have always been completely satisfied. That's how it should be. My conclusion: Highly recommended!!!

The outdoor area is very good and so green. Staff is also very friendly, and let you choose whichever table you want. Food is also one of the best, and surprisingly it’s a fair price. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.
The (something international) guests were very satisfied with the food, the ambience and the service. They enjoyed everything very well in your restaurant and those who live on site were certainly not for the last time with you for dinner! A very good tip for a sociable evening with good food and good wine.
Super attentive, nice and funny operation! Very good cocktails. Improving potential definitely had the Bison Carpaccio, which was a bit thick and tough. I expect 25 euros more. Truffle noodles were perfect! We'll go back.

Nice stay, good service, food good but not outstanding, known by high-priced gastronomy, portions are not justified in size ratio the price, also not in exclusivity. But all in all a solid meal and beautiful evening. We come back, should there be more unusual and high levels, there are better locations in Munich

Good Italian. Recommend the barbeque scampi... You can also have a very good breakfast here. Great area to sit outside!
This stylish Italian restaurant is known for its great pasta, very good fish and meat dishes and its excellent wine cellar. The daily ticket always offers unusual dishes. There is no pizza here, but also for breakfast or simply for a coffee this place is top. The outdoor area is beautifully designed and invites you to stay. The novel is very well suited for a romantic dinner. The service is very nice and the prices fair. A reservation is recommended in the evening and especially on weekends.
The Romans are located in the middle of Neuhausen, near the Rotkreuzplatz. In summer you sit here very nicely outside and it's a pity to put so much in this place. I was definitely very disappointed. I wanted to invite a friend here, and it should be a really round evening, which is why I had extra reserved. We have one of the worst places, the service was slow and unfriendly for us. Even the food couldn't convince. I had a spinach soup with scallops, the soup was fade and the bowls swung in it without motivation and unmarried. It was a bit embarrassing and I won't go so fast!
Here there are the most delicious desserts .. Also highly recommend the fish dishes . Nice staff.

I stumbled over this hidden jewel when I was deceived by Google. I loved everything I ordered. The restaurant radiates a rich atmosphere and ambience that gives a tranquility and tranquility.

We booked a table for 2 inside but were offered a table outside that we accepted. Unfortunately, the guy behind me was a smoker who was unhappy. Food was good, service very good, we had the surprise menu for 49€ everyone. A small point my plate for the main course was not hot and therefore was the sweet potato puree spread over the plate was not hot. All in all a good experience and I will be back with some friends to our 50s. celebrating birthdays, late!
Our trip to Italy, staff is always friendly, and food is always great. The place is so cozy.
I loved this place. Service is very good, waitresses are attentive to details, professional and friendly. Place is super clean. Food is very fresh and delicious. Sitting outside can be very romantic.
