I love that they are such a point of promoting animal testing, for example, and that so many products are vegan (and clearly characterized, and that everything is vegetarian, regardless I also really like that they are system for reducing disposable packaging with cosmetika, something that has always disturbed me, but what I have found difficult to avoid!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The shop is a little small and gets sometimes really busy, then it is not a very relaxed experience. But the selection is very good.

This Lush store is large and has all the products you could ever want! My favorites are their solid body butter and solid shampoo bars, perfect for travel (no liquids!).
