It's just a standard tomato sauce on most pizzas, but on this one, the sunny, fresh tomato sauce really shines. The dough is fluffy and soft, firm enough under the tomato sauce, and the crust is bursting with flavor. The absolute best thing was the vegan mozzarella!!! Even better than the real thing. I ordered it to go, and even 10 minutes later, through rain and cold, it tasted amazing. I can't get this pizza out of my head. And I wonder how good it tastes when it's freshly eaten in the restaurant...
