Jack's - Munford

Jacks is one of those places that can be really good or really bad. This location is one of the good ones.

Overall, my experience was not that good. First, when I ordered the lady kept getting my order wrong. She act like she was hearing impaired or something and then she would get mad when she couldn't hear like that ain't got nothing to do with me. I'm surprised I didn't get out of the car. Not to mention, them unseasoned, stale fries had me on edge about coming back here.

At one time this jacks was the best but for the last year and a half their food quality has sunk so low that my dog second guesses before he eats it. They are nice people and have good service. The food is awful and has been going downhill. Not to mention every time they forget something or leave out fries and I mean every time. Jacks was my fallback but at this point all fast food is dead. The ingredients taste old and the fries are burnt or raw. It's a sad day because besides a terrible BBQ joint and hunts bro pizza that's all we have in munford. Save your money and buy you some Ramen noodles.

I live in Coldwater but refuse to go to that location orders are wrong, food is cold when you do get it and then you get attitude when you ask them to recook it because it's dry or cold. I love Munford everything is always perfect.
