And it was simple.. a couple sandwiches with a request for a special sauce (30¢ extra). Instead, we get 2 syrup packages (we didn 't order hot cakes). Maybe by 2025 they 'll get things right?

I go here 4-5 days a week on my way to work and I get an English McMuffin and medium iced caramel latte. The lady that collects payment is very rude and never asks for the code so I missed out an order of points. And today the sandwich was burnt, photo attached. It’s not hard to treat a customer with respect, especially when it is a regular.
