However, we waited for about 20 minutes without anyone coming to take our drink orders. During this time, I noticed that other customers who were seated after us were being attended to. I eventually had to flag someone down to inquire about our waitress, who was busy serving other tables around us while completely overlooking us. There was no apology for the delay. By that point, we had already decided on what we wanted, so I placed our entire order with her. Throughout our visit, it seemed like the waitress was focused on her other tables, and I consistently had to signal for her attention, even for those seated after us. To top it off, the burger I ordered tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. Crystal, you really dropped the ball on this one.

I usually order a 1/2 lb double cheeseburger without any toppings and fries. The first time, I received a single burger with toppings and no fries. The last visit was similar; I got a single burger with fries but still had the toppings. Please, let's get my simple order right!
