I usually wouldn’t opt to dine here, but since I'll already be at the mall, I figure I might as well indulge a little.

I visited the restaurant with my daughters and, after being seated, we received our menus. However, we waited for about 20 minutes without anyone coming to take... read more I visited the restaurant with my daughters and, after being seated, we received our menus. However, we waited for about 20 minutes without anyone coming to take our drink orders. During this time, I noticed that other customers who were seated after us were being attended to. I eventually had to flag someone down to inquire about our waitress, who was busy serving other tables around us while completely overlooking us. There was no apology for the delay. By that point, we had already decided on what we wanted, so I placed our entire order with her. Throughout our visit, it seemed like the waitress was focused on her other tables, and I consistently had to signal for her attention, even for those seated after us. To top it off, the burger I ordered tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. Crystal, you really dropped the ball on this one.

But the reason I came to this page was to say that they actually have one of the best waitresses anywhere. I hope it's okay to post her name.. Ileana. We've had her as our server several times and she's simply terrific. Thank you!

I ordered loaded waffle fries without sour cream, but they added it anyway. When I pointed it out, they removed it and just added more cheese, as if I wouldn’t notice. The food was also cold. In the end, I received a mere 10 percent discount.
