The lady at the fry station was incredibly nice and helpful when I realized I was missing a 4-piece nugget. The crew up front was equally friendly, and the managers treated their employees well, which is refreshing to see. I've been a regular at this Wendy's for a long time, and everything was just wonderful—the atmosphere, the service, and the food. The fries are always fresh and delicious. I believe the lady’s name was Mickey, and she was very positive and friendly. This place has great management, and I absolutely plan to return. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: French Fries, Baconator, Taco Salad, Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Dave's Combo Vegetarian recommendation: Highly recommend Parking: Plenty of space available.

I've u... read more I went to Wendy's specifically for two large orders of fries. When I got home, one was only about three-quarters full and the other was barely half full. I've usually had good service at this particular location, but Madison Street Wendy's needs to improve. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
