Mcl Bakery - Muncie

I’ve yet to have a bad meal here. I love classics, and they don’t disappoint. The Harvard-style beets are the only beets I will eat. Period. MCL is the only restaurant selling Irani tea. They also will put cheese sauce on any side. Mashed potatoes never had a better partner. My spouse says their liver and onions are almost better than his mother’s.

Best Coconut Cream pie ever. Stopped in to get a piece of pie to give me some extra energy to keep up with my granddaughter who was shopping.

Food was amazing. Little pricey but worth it in my opinion. Left happy and stuffed!

I look forward to being close enough to an MCL to stop in for a home cooked fresh meal. The roast beef Manhattan and broccoli cheese bake are my favorites. It's a quick in and out. The food is ready and extremely delicious. You can get your meal and be back on your way within a half hour easily with a feeling of having a great meal. The pies are a fantastic end to the meal. Awesome! We need more MCL's. We lost all of them in Fort Wayne then south bend and now Anderson. Stop closing these wonderful restaurants!

Love our visit there! The chicken is always great! Carrot cake one of my favorite always as well. I had the chicken cordon bleu quick was fantastic. I don't get here often as I live several miles away but it is always a treat to come here.
