Ordered online and a few minutes after him should have been ready and only find there to find out that they gave me food from the thru running window. waiting f... read more Ordered online and a few minutes after him should have been ready and only find there to find out that they gave me food from the thru running window. waiting for more food for 20 minutes after my order should be ready. the personal was nice enough, but very unprofessional. several customers included me waiting 5-7 minutes before even was acknowledged and by a coworker who was out of the clock and we had to wait longer until she was re-clocked before we got help. I know that the places are hard at the time to keep employees, but that was ridiculous. popcorn huhn was coarse and overcooked. the load was also very dirty. they weren't busy enough for the load to be in the condition he was in. better people!

The chicken was tough, and the French fries were hard and cold. Since then, he’s been dealing with an upset stomach. Overall, the customer service was terrible. There's no excuse for treating customers this way, no matter the circumstances. If you're short-staffed, just close the restaurant for the day. It’s unacceptable. I recommend visiting one of the other nearby KFC locations for better service and fresher food.

(I know it’s fried chicken, this wasn... read more Picked up some extra crispy chicken for lunch and it was awful. The chicken was very dark and super saturated with grease. (I know it’s fried chicken, this wasn’t normal. It was obvious that it is WAY past time to change the oil in the fryer. You could smell the old burnt grease as soon as you opened the box. Tried to eat a piece but all I could taste is nasty old oil, it coated my mouth, gross! I live too far away to drive all the way back so it all went in the trash. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
