Contribute FeedbackAt this restaurant, customer experiences are wildly inconsistent. Many patrons complain of rude service, long wait times, and frequent order mistakes, with undercooked chicken and dry sides being particular grievances. Frustration mounts as customers find themselves repeatedly addressing issues, often enduring additional delays without an apology. However, amid the negativity, some diners share positive encounters—highlighting attentive and friendly staff who rectify mistakes and provide generous compensation. This duality leaves diners divided, suggesting that while some may enjoy a satisfactory visit, others are left disheartened and disappointed by the overall dining experience. Caveat emptor if you decide to visit.
I was unable to place my order because the manager prioritized the drive-thru over customers in the dining room. Despite there being at least 5 workers, none of them could take a moment to help me. The gentleman who greeted me was polite, but the manager instructed him to focus on the drive-thru. As a result, I decided to leave without ordering my food.
I can confirm that all the negative reviews are accurate. The wait times are long, the staff is rude, orders are often incorrect, and the chicken tenders are undercooked or raw. I would not recommend coming here. Instead, try the chicken basket at Dairy Queen, it is much better.
The dining experience was fantastic, the service was top-notch, and the renovated lobby was impressive. All I need now is a delicious pancake to make my dreams come true.
The fries were large and the food was cold. My brother enjoyed the spices on them.
Unfortunately, the oven was not working during my visit, so they were unable to serve cookies. It seemed like they only had one oven available and if it broke, they wouldn't have any backup.
