We opted for drive thru pickup because he knew I had been... read more My husband ordered pick up for me to grab after work. I showed up a few minutes past the pick up time. We opted for drive thru pickup because he knew I had been on my feet all day. I go to the drive thru and the young lady was rude and said I was going to have to come in because they had not even started to fill the order yet. Mind you, there was not one customer when I got there. Not inside or in the drive thru. When I went inside I got zero acknowledgement. They only gave me three drinks when we ordered 4. I told them I got 4 so one of the two women standing there slams an empty cup on the counter and gave me a nasty look with silence. I said ok, I guess I can get it myself but can I get a drink carrier I was told by the younger of the two no they are out. Again, in a rude tone. Then she looks at the older of the two and said that she 's going to go make herself some food. No apologies. No smile. Complete rudeness. They acted like it was the biggest inconvenience to even speak to me. As I was there I heard them at the drive thru tell a customer who ordered a meal that they didn 't have any biscuits made but they could give her the meal if she could deal with no biscuits. Before I left another woman came in and got barely any acknowledgement as well. My family will no longer be supporting this business. Even though there were at least five emp... read more I couldn't place my order because the manager prioritized the drive-thru customers over those of us in the dining area. Even though there were at least five employees present, no one was available to assist me. The person who greeted me was courteous, but the manager directed him to concentrate on the drive-thru instead. Ultimately, I chose to leave without ordering any food.

The wait times are excessive, the staff is unhelpful, orders are frequently wrong, and the chicken tenders are either undercooked or raw. I definitely wouldn’t suggest dining here. Instead, consider trying the chicken basket at Dairy Queen; it’s far superior.
