I visited the drive-thru during dinner hours, and although the line was quite long, I received my order surprisingly quickly. Everything was correct, hot, and fresh. I was very satisfied with my experience. This is the best KFC in Muncie!
The Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant on the south side of town is clean and well-maintained. It's a great addition to the neighborhood.
The best place for chicken in Muncie! We always head to the KFC on Madison because they really know how to make great chicken. The food is consistently good, and the service is always excellent.
During my last three visits, I noticed some inconsistency with the service, mainly due to running out of menu items. However, the food has consistently been excellent, and the service is generally alright as well.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food was fresh and absolutely delicious, and the customer service was outstanding. I received a warm and cheerful "Hello" as soon as I walked in. It's clear that the morning and day staff genuinely enjoy working in fast food! I really appreciate them and will definitely be returning. A special shoutout to Evan for making my visit so enjoyable – you really contribute to the great atmosphere here. Keep up the great work!
