This is worst service I have ever experienced at this store. Waited over 25 minutes for our food (dine in) and still do not have our food. We thought ordering from the kiosk it would be faster, NOT and no cups so you can't sit and have a soda while yourwaiting. Won't eat here again, very organized. View all feedback.

Went for dinner and the food was excellent, service was immaculate, and the wait time was 0!!! I haven’t been to a fazolis in awhile but after today, I can’t wait to come back. Definitely recommend!!
I had the worst service I've ever encountered at this restaurant. We waited over 25 minutes for our food while dining in, and we still haven't received it. We thought that ordering from the kiosk would speed things up, but it didn't. To make matters worse, there were no cups available, so we couldn't even enjoy a soda while we waited. I won't be returning here again; it’s very disorganized.
