Your parking lot and smike... read more Stopped adding cheese to entrees. No asking g if we want more bread sticks. Service is quick but why do I need to tip for no service. Your parking lot and smikers trays are filthy nasty. Your bathrooms have needed a good cleaning g for 6 months. Makes me scared to eat there if the bathrooms are this dirty. Look at how grimy the doors to the bathrooms are because people with dirty hands touched them. This has been this way 6 months. Almost looks like a new paint color. Filthy hand touch black. Ewwwww. Can you use some bleach and clean the equally nasty pee smelling bathrooms and floors. When your employees wash their hands before touching food products they are touching this filth. Are you still hungry or do you want to puke?

The dinning are... read more They were pretty busy and we didn't have to wait very long. The food was hot and good but the pizza sauce was very salty on my daughter's pizza. The dinning area was pretty well kept up and clean. The woman's bathroom could of been checked up on more often to be cleaned and the whole time we was there, there was a big wet floor sign right in front of the woman's bathroom sink with a puddle on the floor and it's not a very big bathroom as is only 2 stall's and a sink. I'd imagine handicapped women that do go in a wheelchair have issues getting in and out of the bathroom cause there wouldn't be much room to turn around in a wheelchair or a motorized Cart in their bathroom. No idea how the man's restroom was. My husband didn't mention it besides that it was also little.

The larger a... read more I was there with my daughter. We were going to eat in our usual section but tables were not clean and the floor was nasty, too much food and trash. The larger area that we are in was much better. We were waited on quickly and served fast. They brought us out 6 bread sticks each but we could tell they were not fresh. We prefer the old way were they come around often and offer hot, soft and freshly baked breadsticks. I had chicken carbonara and daughter had chicken pesto and Caesar Salad. . the waitress brought out the salad with no dressing or croutons . Daughter had to go up from and ask for those items. Over all I would say they need to do much better. It will be a long time before we go there again. Meals were reasonably priced , mine was near 12. Her was a little more because she had salad.

We visited on July 17 around 4:30, and we were... read more We have been to this restaurant (Muncie) many times over the years, but seems to have gone downhill as of recent. We visited on July 17 around 4:30, and we were the only guests. When we went to the counter, a gentleman was opening change in the cash register, and seemingly just ignored us while we stood there waiting. After 2 or 3 minutes, he just walked away without any greeting. Finally another girl came and took our order. She was no ray of sunshine either. We simply would like to be greeted with a smiling face. When our food was brought to our table, she said nothing, just put the food down and walked away. I later went back to the counter to get another breadstick, and again was totally ignored by the same girl, who finally turned and went in to the back room. We left in disgust. Restaurant appears dirty, to the point that you really don’t want to touch anything. Rest rooms are always dirty. Spaghetti was mushy/clumpy.
