Great pretzel bites and friendly folks. They always seem to be making fresh, so I will leap to the assumption that they are turning their stock on a steady basis. My wife likes their honey mustard dip, but I am a purist and like the pretzels straight up. Great flavor and chew. View all feedback.
What Macey Brinson doesn't like about Ben's Soft Pretzels:
Don't get the cinnamon sugar pretzels unless you want salt on them. Apparently you have to ask for unsalted pretzels for something that shouldn't come with salt in the first place. Gross. View all feedback.
The pretzel bites here are fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly. It appears they're consistently making them fresh, which leads me to believe they regularly replenish their stock. My wife enjoys their honey mustard dip, but I prefer my pretzels plain. They're full of flavor and have a wonderful chewiness.
Avoid the cinnamon sugar pretzels unless you're okay with them being salty. It seems you need to specifically request unsalted pretzels, which is strange since they really shouldn't come with salt at all. Disappointing!
Honestly, these are the best soft pretzels I've ever tasted. I do wish they had their own separate location, but I imagine they attract a lot of visitors where they currently are.

We got 2 pretzel bite meal. The pretzels were really good. The drinks a different story. One of the cups had a squashed bug inside it !! And a wing off the bug was in the ice !! Yuck
