I tried online ordering at Muncie and I requested extra crumbs... read more I love being able to give good reviews. And I usually go to LJS Marion. I'll be going back there. I tried online ordering at Muncie and I requested extra crumbs. On arrival, even though I showed her the order on my phone the disengaged counter girl couldn't locate my order and just flat out walked away. She made zero attempt to troubleshoot the situation. After a time I finally got her attention and told her I had paid for the order and actually wanted it. She wrote the order down manually and after helping another customer whose order was messed up she took it to the back and found it had been filled and bagged and never sent up front. Food was of course cold, and no crumbs. They were out of malt vinegar which was pretty much the final straw. That and crunchies is half the reason I trash put my health at deep fried risk every month or so (lol)...always liked LJS slightly peppery coating--with their malt vinegar. And of course salty crunchy crumbs. They had two bottles on display for purchase but uninterested millennial counter girl said they were too old to sell. Seriously? it's vinegar! I don't think vinegar goes bad. The online program never asked about a drink, which evidently isn't included with the meal and is only set up for carryout. I took it all home and it was cold and soggy and I won't be going back to LJS Muncie with the indifferent, totally uninterested counter help. Won't be ordering online either. Went here today not only did I sit in drive thru for 15 minutes or more but when I got to window she gave me my order and I told her I order a large she told me... read more Went here today not only did I sit in drive thru for 15 minutes or more but when I got to window she gave me my order and I told her I order a large she told me I have you down for a regular....I get to where I was going which is like 3 minutes away not only was my onion rings cold but there was only 4 little onion rings in my box...my burger....I ordered the bacon double and there was a half piece of bacon on it maybe 1 1/2 ring of onion and a couple pieces of lettuce....will not be back.....do not recommend going....
