Food was cold when delivered, didn’t notify me of what exactly was causing the wait. Asked for ketchup packets and received tarter sauce. The amount of fries was laughable. Extremely upsetting, considering other A&W’s across the US are marginally better and faster which was what I was expecting today.

I'm s... read more The lady taking orders was a bit rude. My order was wrong I ordered a 2 pc chicken lunch and I got a pc of fish and a pc of chicken. Not a get time today. I'm sry this lady is having a really bad day. Maybe tomorrow will be better for her. My husband has stage 4 cancer and we come in to have lunch after a treatment and she offered no help just kept saying I need a number

We had a busy day with an early mor... read more We choose A W because we don't have any in Indianapolis. Today, 8 April 2022, was a college visit to Ball State for our son. We had a busy day with an early morning start. We didn't eat all day. I was so excited about A W. we ordered 3 comb flours. ♪ Corn Dog Nuggets, 2# Cheese Burger 3# Single Bacon Cheese Burger. We're going to the window and we're just gonna get two drinks? We ordered 3 comb dishes. I ordered a vanilla ice cream cream cream, I didn't get!! The drinks where a joke, there was so much ice it did not fill a 3rd cup!!! The food was good and the staff where beautiful!! It was certainly a disappointment!! We ordered after 2:00, and it wasn't like they had several orders to handle!! I'll say it was a disappointment.

I received the wrong order; I had requested a 2-piece chicken lunch, but instead got a piece of fish and a piece of chicken. It wasn't a pleasant experience today. I understand that the lady might be having a tough day; hopefully, tomorrow will be better for her. My husband has stage 4 cancer, and we came in for lunch after his treatment, but she didn’t offer any assistance and just kept insisting that I needed to provide a number.
