Contribute FeedbackAs a zöliakie I was hesitant to eat at indigo deli. but after having eaten several meal times here, I am very confident that indigo deli is a great food option for celiacs. all the meals I had eaten here were wonderful. this is the only box I've eaten at, but I'd eat happy at every indigo leaving after the experiences I had here. chef ameya was wonderful to think about which options were safe on the menu and those that could be modified to be made completely gluten-free. especially I enjoyed the texas barbecue garnel and the california walnuts fought john dory (which the cook modified to make it gluten-free for me! I was also delighted that I could eat panacotta for dessert, as the cook assured me that it was gluten-free. I'll come back here when I'm in bombay. I hope they begin to mark gluten-free products on the menu, and I hope they are able to add gluten-free bread to the menu. that will make the experience even more wonderful.
As a celiac, I was hesitant to try eating at Indigo Deli. But after having eaten several meals here, I am very confident that Indigo Deli is a great dining option for celiacs. All of the meals I’ve eaten here have been wonderful. This is the only outlet I’ve eaten at but I would happily eat at any Indigo outlets after the experiences I’ve had here. Chef Ameya was wonderful about pointing out which options on the menu were safe and those that could be modified to be made entirely gluten-free. I particularly enjoyed the Texas barbecue prawns and the California walnut crusted John Dory (which the chef modified to make it gluten-free for me! I was also thrilled at being able to eat Panacotta for dessert as the chef assured me it was gluten-free. I’m definitely coming back here again whenever I’m in Bombay.
