Garage Inc., Colaba<br/ <br/ If you like lit decors, good music and amazing food, this is the place for you. It is a huge place which can seat approx 200 guests at a time. They have a wide spread variety of food and alcohol to select from. They have a few signature cocktails which are to die for.<br/ <br/ *Drink-a-delight*<br/ 1.Adult milk and cookies<br/ Always wanted to try some milkshake which has alcohol in it. And this place just served me that! With vodka and baileys giving a hit to your head the vanilla and cookies makes it very smooth for your throat.<br/ <br/ 2 Haneli Bay Breeze<br/ Though I am not a very rum person, I went for it as suggested and trust me it was beyond my expectations. It is served in a dragon glass and has a pineapple and melon piece arranged on the top. The combination of various rums with pineapple and melon was perfect.<br/ <br/ *Plate for the palate*<br/ <br/ -Starter<br/ <br/ 1.Reggae reggae nachos<br/ Whenever we think of nachos, the cheese over it starts flashing in front of us!<br/ And the nachos serves here to absolute justice to that picture in your mind.They have tortilla chips covered in lots and lots of cheese with olives, bell peppers, beans and tomato purée.<br/ If you are a fan of nachos, you can not miss this one!<br/ <br/ 2.Stir fried exotic vegetables<br/ Wanted to try something healthy after having so much cheese in those nachos. Stir fry vegetables was good in that aspect. It had baby corn, broccoli, capsicum, zucchini and many more... it was served in a soy sauce gravy.<br/ <br/ 3.Chatpatta Paneer Bao<br/ Finally the Indian in us came out and we ordered something spicy. Chatpatta Paneer was exactly how anyone in India would like their Paneer, soft and spicy. The bao was also made to perfection which melted the moment you place it in your mouth. A must try dish if you love spicy food!<br/ <br/ -Main course<br/ 1.North indian platter: Roti, dal makhani, hari mirch ka paneer tikka, salad<br/ <br/ we ordered the north indian platter. It was basically a complete meal with a starter, a salad, a roti and dal makhani. The Hari Mirch Paneer Tikka was on point. It wasn’t too spicy as what the name suggests so no need to worry there. The roti was soft and had a good texture. <br/ The Dal Makhani was amazingly good. After tasting the continental food getting such good north indian food is very satisfying. This platter did the job of making sure that all the cuisines of this restaurant are equally good!<br/ <br/ *Dessert-Safari*<br/ <br/ 1.Nutella cheesecake<br/ There aren’t too many options in this section. Out of the few which were offered to us, nutella cheesecake had to be our pick. A dark chocolate cheesecake with a perfect crust was served with nutella drooling from all around it. You will feel like finishing it the moment it is served on your table. Guess, which restaurant????<br/ <br/ One of the oldest in the heritage town of Colaba It’s “Garage Inc” <br/ <br/ We enter the restobar after a long day and the pleasant ambiances gave a relaxation vibe right away. Amazing music brought the lively mood<br/ <br/ Staff with happy smiling faces welcomed us. We started with mocktails and ordered:<br/ <br/ Passion Fruit and Basil 'Garage Special Fruit Punch ' <br/ <br/ Served in a fancy glass. Combination amazingly refreshing with abundance of flavours of fresh fruits was bang on.<br/ <br/ Alongside we ordered starters;<br/ <br/ Pesto Cheese Chicken Tikka <br/ <br/ Jumbo chicken cubes marinated with pesto and Indian spices, served with green chutney and cheese on top. This one was one of the best and highly recommended of the whole lot. Simply loved the flavour of barbeques.<br/ <br/ Mustard Fish Tikka <br/ <br/ Rawas fish Tikka marinated in Achari flavors, served with green chutney, onions and lemon. This was extremely yummy.<br/ <br/ Quantity is sufficient for two.<br/ <br/ Mains<br/ <br/ Chicken Tikka and Veg Pizza <br/ <br/ Surprisingly huge having ample chicken barbequed and vegetables. This one is a treat for Indo Italian fusion food lovers.<br/ <br/ Aglio Olio Pepperonccino <br/ <br/ Extremely delicious spaghetti pasta with assorted vegetables and ample parmesam. It is delicious and tummy filling.<br/ <br/ Desserts<br/ <br/ Blue Berry Cheese Cake <br/ <br/ We decided to order this. We loved the toppings and texture.<br/ <br/ Recommended for friends who wants to spend weekend with lots of fun time.<br/ <br/ Happy eating….

Garage Inc. Public House is located in Colaba, close to Taj hotel. They have followed a theme of a garage and serve dishes from multiple cuisines along with drinks. It wasn’t spicy, it wasn’t bland, it was right in the middle and that’s what made it the best. For mains, we chose the Chicken Thai Street Rice Bowl which had a good portion of gravy over the rice and the dish was absolutely interesting. I like their mutton korma or roghan mutton forgetting the name but it was really Yum
