They often lack half of the vegetables and may use the excuse that their online ordering system is down. Despite their listed closing time of 10pm, a staff member told me they close at 9:30pm. This is the third time I have experienced issues with this particular employee, who seems unwilling to do her job properly. Having worked at a Subway for over 5 years, I can confidently say that whoever is in charge during the evenings is extremely lazy and there is no excuse for that.
