They are not always open when ordering on the app!! I ordered on a Saturday from the app to do a pick up order, come to find out they were closed.(The app showed they were open) My order was paid for at the time the order was placed. I calledthe Portales location to report it, a manager called me back and apologized, I was told I would receive a refund and a $10 giftcertificate. However, I have never received a refund or gift certificate as promised.

The guy at the register had a great attitude and also a few options of his own to order. I got a Cali spud with the Thai chicken andI've gotta say it was something fierce!! Add it to the menu!! 5 stars all the way!!

Tonight I got food, even though they weren't busy, that seemed like it was either made in a hurry, or a mistake that they finally had a chance to get rid of. Basically leftovers.
