By 6:30 PM, they had already sold out of ribs. The pulled pork was greasy, and the green beans, being canned, were just average. The potato salad was below par. They were also out of turkey, and the brisket was overly charred. The fries were decent. I’ll probably try a different spot next time.
I haven't had the chance to try the food at Grandaddy's Authentic BBQ More yet, so I can't speak to its quality. However, I find the daily notifications they send to my phone quite annoying and wish they would stop.
From the moment you step inside, Grandaddy's Authentic BBQ More exudes a cozy, country charm. The friendly staff greeted us warmly and guided us through the menu. We tried almost everything except the ribs, which were unfortunately sold out. My husband had a half portion of the Frito Pie, which was more than enough for two and absolutely delicious. My son enjoyed a pulled pork sandwich with creamy corn and a homemade biscuit. I chose a sampler platter featuring a variety of dishes, all enhanced perfectly by their signature BBQ sauce. I highly recommend this spot—you won’t be disappointed!
I went for lunch today and had a fantastic experience. The food was excellent, and the service was top-notch. I piled my plate high with delicious options!
This BBQ is amazing! I would gladly drive from Clovis every time they're open just to enjoy it. The staff is just as fantastic as the food!
