We were lucky enough to be there when authentic, Valencian paella was being cooked by a very passionate Spanish man. It was the best meat paella we have had here in Spain. The cerveza was served in large chilled glasses and we also enjoyed a glass of chilled red wine from Jumilla. Fusión is clean and bright with plenty of seating inside and out. There is a large ramp for wheelchair users, both at the gate and at the entrance to the inside area. There was a mix of English and Spanish eating here.

On entry there is a large patio with plenty of tables and well decorated with an assortment of flowers and trees. The bar inside is lovely with a modern decor and a very large bar with plenty of seating for everyone. We decided to sample the tapas menu and can honestly say that the magra de cerdo is probably the best i have EVER tasted. The bar is owned and run by an English family who live locally. Debbie and Dave looked after us at the bar whilst Steve prepared our meal. We were also lucky to visit whilst they were cooking traditional Valencian paella....... WOW. If you like paella, this is the place to visit. All in all it deserves more than a 5 out of 5 and after reading the other reviews here I can't honestly see how it has been rated so low. They must have been to a different bar!!.
