Perfect, just attentive enough, present but not over bearing. I am glad the servers were always filling my water b/c the hamburger I had was soooooooo dry. I ordered it medium rare and it was well done and was like eating sand. The bacon was also burnt. My buddy had a steak medium rare and sent it back b/c is was well. I was a bit taken back to pay for bread, but it is qui... read more First time there for our 30th anniversary. It was well worth it. We had the crab cake that was wonderful. I was a bit taken back to pay for bread, but it is quite good. I had the halibut and it was wonderful, but I would have liked more fish and less pasta. The broccoli was very different and delightful. My husband had the seafood linguini and it was also very good. They gave us a wonderful peach cake for dessert for our anniversary. I found a new variety of wine I hope to find in the market. The atmosphere was lovely, the background music was great and it was in the background. Service was excellent. Overall a 4.5 out of 5. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We figur... read more John's used to be my favorite restaurant and We went there many times. Always fantastic food until this time. My husband and I both got food poisoning. We figured it had to be the salad or the blue cheese because the rest of the party we all ate the same thing. I reached out to the restaurant and they said they would get back to me, and they never did. I never heard anything from them about getting sick from their restaurant. I'm a nurse and I know that is what it was that made us sick. It is very sad because it used to be my favorite restaurant. I I hope they reach out to me. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
