Die Einrichtung sauber und gradlinig. Beim nächsten Besuch in Münster esse ich ein Stück Torte. Oder zwei.

Die Außenterrasse mit dem Blick auf die alte Blutbuche ist der Hammer. So something was saved from the wreck, when we were se... read more The good news is, that Cafe Classique presents a large selection of tasty cakes, pastries and chocolates. So something was saved from the wreck, when we were served with our coffee and cake after waiting a Biblical amount of time. The truth is that the...staff in the shop had no motivation in serving the seating area of Classique. Customers at the counter seemed far more important. Littered tables were silent witnesses of the neglect. When one person off the staff at last made time to come to our table, clearing the litter away, the remains of a previous breakfast, seemed an almost Herculean task for her. The waitress was surly and unfriendly, and demanded cash payment, claiming that my bank card didn't work in the electronic payment machine. (First time for me since SEPA was rolled out in the Euro zone). The tasty cake saved Classique from a one point rating, but more than two points is overdone. I really can't send my TA friends there.

So something was saved from the wreck when we were served with our coffee and cake after we waited a biblical time.
