Hubby and I came here our first night in Munich, it is a traditional Bavarian joint, complete with shared seating and regulars who come to spend their time people watching. The service was slower but so are the customers. The food was VERY good- the weinersnitchel breading was pleasantly spiced and served with a salad (with potato! and the boiled beef with horseradish was flavorful and not at all bland as I had expected. They have an English menu (Yay! but the staff have limited knowledge of the language. As long as you don't expect them to know what you want and try to use whatever limited ability you have they are friendly. The older woman (owner? seemed a bit less friendly but it could be the language barrier. We will be heading back!
Food was fantastic and they have a English menu. The service was a little slow, but that was to be expected for the environment. I will go again,
This restaurant is a good tip...The old lady is word-carg but if you know her totally nice. who wants to eat good in a little bit and not to be acquainted is right here!
We were thrilled. salate were all made and individually made. the cordon bleu was exactly the...and from calf meat. eating was the best for a long time. the restaurant is small and family run. we'll get back to the next week's visit.
