To my surprise, however, I was served rice with chicken. When I pointed out to the server that I had ordered duck, she contradicted me. She insisted that I had ordered chicken and refused to accept my explanation. This made me feel pressured and ultimately forced me to accept the wrong dish. I found this behavior very unprofessional and disrespectful to a customer. Very disappointed.
