At the checkout, we were told that this was only possible with a printed voucher. We explained that we had already stated this and did not wish to accept the offer at that price. Initially, this didn 't seem to be a problem, but as we were about to leave, the employee suddenly demanded the full price. After she spoke to her supervisor on the phone, I was put through to him. During the call, the employee accused me of lying, and the manager insulted me over the phone in Turkish. I replied that I understood the insult and that I would not tolerate such behavior. The manager then appeared surprised and finally offered us the meal at the originally quoted price. As we were leaving, the employee added that we should go to other branches in the future, as we were just a nuisance. That 's how it should be!
