What User doesn't like about Sparkling Bistro:
We were unfortunately disappointed in the selection and preparation of the courses. No dish has been remembered as particularly tasteful. The desserts have awakened three times the impression of yogurt with granola. A fresh, fruity note has missed. We do not recommend the Sparkling Bistro despite very friendly and nice staff. Surprisingly sensational we stayed at Sparkling Bistro for dinner with friends. There was no menu, only the menu with five or seven courses. We had seven which were absolutely perfect and prepared to the point. On demand we learned that the owner is an Austrian bonnet/star chef. We'll tell WoW and I'll be back soon. An absolute must for gourmets.

We were here for the second time today and have already come back much more frueherily:- refined and handcrafted excellent dishes, which are also looking at in times of their own. we like to go well eat - this dear fuer’s detail is not only suggested here but lived.- accommodating, persuasive service, without being a bounty - simply nice and charming with an extraordinarily happy and honest interest in his best: what they want, what they want and how to make them a happy again.We are very happy and in every case!
The sparkling bistro, which is located in the maxvorstadt a bit hidden in the amalienhöfen, is for us the sinner surprise. the foods are of excellent quality and outstanding value for money. we live temporarily in a little bit and would not have thought it possible to find such an excellent reaturant in the middle of the city, which is both loose and unpretentious. we are convinced berliner, but we do not know something similar there. at noon three courses at €25 (absolutely unbeatable for this quality)! and in the evening five courses at €70.-, each of which is completely convinced. a weeping gaunt that is really sensational. every time a huge pleasure!
About friends the restaurant has been recommended to us and we have been eating regularly since then. the chef cooks himself, greets the guests and has a small, but very fine and varied card. eating is excellent, also special requests / deviations are not a problem. good price-performance ratio in a beautiful, personal atmosphere!, as I said, to recommend at any time and without restriction.
