He flat-out refused to serve us, went on a pointless rant about unit costs, and interrogated us about where we had dinner and why we didn’t drink tea there. When I said we ate at home, he actually responded, “Then why did you even leave home?” His attitude was hostile, intrusive, and completely unprofessional. The glowing reviews don’t match the reality at all, and this experience made it clear that those reviews aren’t worth trusting.
