Excellent food and great service for this restaurant. Indoor was hot as a sauna, so we sat outside on the patio which was wonderful. Very good ran... read more We planned to eat here one evening, but ended up there again the next day due to appalling weather and the fact it was so good on the first night. Very good range of food and wine choice, though the wine was unnecessarily highly priced. Highlight was the mixed starter, which was superb. One downside the steak came with a very small portion of vegetables, including potatoes that were left over from a previous day and had been re heated. We have experienced this before and I have no idea why restaurants do this. The taste is dreadful and it is always obvious and, as an ingredient, potatoes are so cheap!
