There are two head waiter, one of them is a... read more I can literally tell you this is the WORST services I 've ever encountered! the man wasn 't even trying to be nice! There are two head waiter, one of them is a good guy, but you 'll absolutely notice if you are unlucky and this guy will be your waiter! I think the Restaurant manager knows about it! I 'm not saying he is bad with his job, it 's worse, he is even trying to be rude! This behaviour is not acceptable at all. I refused to give him tipp, and that 's an obvious decision, and then he got even in a harsh and aggressive manner, I told him this is not an acceptable, or even human-to-human manner. He was like, not I 'm just rushing we have so many guests and so on. My point is, if you get there, don 't trust on my comment, you 'll see and experience with your eyes and heart! About the food, I 'd say it 's a little bit more oily if I can call it that way. But the quality I can say is above average and in the good bucket maybe. So I gave them 3 out of 5, cause when you to a restaurant, you want o have a time to enjoy and have a good talk with your loved ones and friends, but this guy 's behaviour messed up my mind and I was really angry of him. For me, I 'll never ever go to this restaurant. I know their account manager will respond to this comment with yes that was bad sort of thing, we 'll make it right . But the thing is, you are the manager and I 'm sure I 'm not the first one reporting this person, if you wanted to get it right, you 'd probably do it by now! So for me it 's a no-go place from now on. I 'm sure there are plenty of Asian places and most of them are very very friendly and smiling when you are ordering. So, for me the behaviour is more important than the food itself, and tbh the food is in these places awesome most of the time. cause they care about their guests opinions.
